Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor following established procedures. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while participating in store recovery, shrink reduction goals, and safety awareness initiatives. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. This part-time role at a Marshalls store in Manalapan, NJ, offers a starting pay of $15.92 to $16.42 per hour. Requires excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to lift heavy objects.
