Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery needs throughout the day and uphold merchandising philosophy by preparing merchandise for the sales floor. Participate in safety awareness, shrink reduction goals, and multi-area cross-training as needed. Maintain organizational cleanliness standards and accept constructive feedback. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs while embodying a positive store culture through honesty and respect.
