Job Summary
Engage with all customers to deliver a highly satisfied experience, embodying customer service principles and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, process merchandise for the sales floor, and participate in store recovery and shrink reduction initiatives. Uphold merchandising standards, promote credit and loyalty programs, and adhere to operational, loss prevention, and labor laws. Support store culture through honesty and integrity while accepting constructive feedback. This part-time role at HomeGoods requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and flexibility to work varying schedules. You will also perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.
