Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, adhering to operational and loss prevention standards, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, process merchandise for the sales floor, and participate in store recovery and shrink reduction goals. Uphold merchandising procedures, promote credit and loyalty programs, and respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas as needed. This part-time role supports the customer experience philosophy at TJ Maxx, a leading off-price retailer.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
