Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, process merchandise for the sales floor, and uphold merchandising standards. Participate in store recovery, shrink reduction goals, and safety awareness while adhering to operational, loss prevention, and labor laws. Cross-train to support business needs across multiple store areas. Work a flexible schedule to support business demands. Starting pay is $15.15 to $15.65 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Works effectively with peers and supervisors
- Retail customer experience preferred
