Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery as needed throughout the day and uphold merchandising procedures to ensure the sales floor is stocked and organized. Participate in safety awareness initiatives and store shrink reduction programs. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs. Work a flexible schedule to support business demands.

- Possesses excellent customer service skills

- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
