Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and following established operating procedures. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Role models customer experience practices with internal and external customers; promotes credit and loyalty programs; participates in store recovery, safety, and loss-prevention efforts; ensures accurate ringing of purchases/returns and handling of change; contributes to merchandising standards and stock preparation; supports shrink reduction goals and programs; and collaborates with peers and supervisors in a fast-paced retail setting. Strong communication, organizational skills, and flexibility to adapt to changing directions are essential; ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation is required.
