Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, ringing purchases and returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas to support business needs; uphold loss prevention standards; follow merchandising procedures and safety policies; participate in store recovery and maintain store standards. Demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment. Maintains positive store culture through integrity and respect while supporting associates and customers.
