Job Summary
Part-Time Merchandise Associate responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, operating the store according to standards, processing purchases, and supporting merchandising and loss-prevention tasks. May cross-train in multiple areas; responsibilities include accurately ringing purchases/returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, participating in store recovery and safety, and upholding company merchandising procedures. Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential.
