Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, ringing purchases and returns, and accurately counting change. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment while adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, uphold merchandising procedures, and participate in store recovery and shrink reduction programs. Cross-train to work in multiple areas as needed. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling for nights and weekends at the Appleton, WI location. Starting pay is $14.00 to $14.50 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
