PART-TIME Merchandise Associate at HomeGoods. Responsible for providing a highly satisfied customer experience, engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, adhering to operational and loss-prevention standards, and may be cross-trained across store areas. Role models customer experience practices with customers and coworkers, supports a positive store culture, accurately rings purchases/returns, promotes credit and loyalty programs, maintains merchandising standards, processes merchandise for the sales floor, participates in store recovery, upholds cleanliness, accepts feedback, and complies with labor laws. Requires excellent customer service, flexible schedule, strong communication and organizational skills, multi-tasking ability, and ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation.
