Job Summary
Provide individual, family, and group therapy for adolescents enrolled in an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Maintain a focused caseload by collaborating with families to support treatment goals and discharge planning while completing clinical documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately. Deliver developmentally appropriate, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care by working closely with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate treatment and ensure quality outcomes. This part-time role offers flexible supplemental hours from 9:00am to 7:00pm, Monday through Friday, with hourly pay ranging from $30.00 to $40.00 based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
- Active Virginia clinical licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT (or equivalent independent clinical license recognized by the Virginia Board)
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of clinical experience in a residential, IOP, or PHP setting
- Experience using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities
- Passion for working with adolescents, young adults, and families
- Willingness to obtain a CAQH profile and NPI during onboarding
