Job Summary
Process new member onboarding, account maintenance, and loan applications while operating within a high-volume branch environment. Conduct member interviews to identify financial needs, cross-sell tailored products, and drive digital adoption by educating members on self-service tools. Manage the new account and loan pipeline through follow-up, resolve member concerns with ownership, and ensure proper documentation for compliance. Provide teller line coverage, assist with lobby management, and perform branch opening and closing tasks. Support team sales goals via outbound outreach and referrals, while traveling to other branches as required. Maintain 95%+ QA scores and complete designated skill milestones.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Availability to work overtime and Saturdays
- Ability to multi-task
- Good time management skills
- Ability to perform in a high-volume environment
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Highly ethical
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Technologically proficient
- Ability to travel to support staffing needs at other MCU branches throughout the Region as required
