Job Summary
Represent the credit union to members with courtesy and professionalism, ensuring the prompt, efficient, and accurate processing of financial transactions. Provide information regarding services and policies in person and over the phone while addressing requests, problems, and complaints. Open new accounts, set up member files, and handle transactions including share transfers, withdrawals, and check requests. Perform account reconciliation for deposit and withdrawal discrepancies, process mail transactions, and assist with payroll deduction and direct deposit forms. Update member records, answer calls, and file documents as part of routine office administration. Promote products based on member needs and creditworthiness.

- ability to process member mail transactions with meticulous attention to accuracy
- ability to perform basic research of accounts to resolve discrepancies related to deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- ability to undertake routine office tasks, including typing, updating member records, answering phone calls, filing, and shredding
- ability to assist members in completing payroll deduction and direct deposit forms correctly
- knowledge of credit union products and services based on member needs and creditworthiness, as determined by Beacon scores at the time of new account opening
