Job Summary
Part-Time Teller/Member Service role at Mountain America Credit Union in Boise, ID. Provides exceptional member service by assessing needs, advising on products and services, processing transactions (cash handling, account services, IRA transactions, issuing VISA cards), and supporting branch operations. Drives member satisfaction and account retention through sales and service goals, uses lead lists for outbound outreach, and maintains branch security and regulatory compliance. Requires at least six months of customer service experience, high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license; bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required; proffers proficiency with Microsoft Office and credit union policies. Schedule includes weekdays and Saturdays with 20–25 hours per week, starting pay $17.50/hour with incentives and benefits.”,
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver’s license
- At least six months of customer service experience
- Proficient computer operating skills
