Job Summary
Part-time Member Ambassador at a fitness studio responsible for driving sales of memberships, renewals, retail and concessions, and managing front-of-house operations. Duties include meeting/exceeding sales goals, establishing referral programs, maintaining records in sales systems, handling telephone inquiries and follow-up, leading studio previews with prospects, greeting members, maintaining a clean lobby, processing cash and card transactions, ensuring timely follow-up, onboarding clients via intake forms and FP agreements, collaborating with the Fitness Team, and upholding the studio’s values. Requires excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication, organizational multi-tasking ability, basic computer proficiency (MS Office, internet), and flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a team-oriented environment; prior sales experience in a quota-driven structure is highly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Previous sales experience, with strong sales skills (experience working in a sales quota bearing structure highly preferred)
