Job Summary
Assist members with daily banking and provide expert financial advice to improve their well-being. Proactively identify opportunities to reach financial goals by recommending credit cards, RRSPs, TFSAs, and other products. Collaborate with specialty teams for complex product recommendations regarding loans and wealth services. Leverage technology to educate members on digital channels, offer support, and troubleshoot using the banking system and CRM. Act as a first point of contact and ambassador for Affinity's community values, creating a remarkable experience for all visitors. This part-time role at the Prince of Wales Advice Centre in Regina offers a starting wage of $28.48 per hour, a typical schedule of 5.5 hours per day, and includes health, dental, pension matching, and a health spending account.
Required Qualifications
- A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
