Job Summary
Part-time Member Advisor at Affinity at the Milestone Advice Centre in Milestone, SK. Deliver exceptional service as a trusted financial partner, engaging members in meaningful conversations about daily banking and financial well-being. Proactively identify opportunities to help members reach financial goals and recommend credit and investment products (credit cards, RRSPs, TFSA, wealth services). Collaborate with specialty teams to connect members with experts for loans and financial planning. Educate members on digital channels and use the banking system and CRM in daily work. Serve as an ambassador of Affinity’s community and values, fostering an inclusive, welcoming experience for both members and non-members. The role emphasizes building relationships, tailoring advice to individual financial situations, and supporting ongoing learning and development within a supportive workplace.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand a member’s financial picture and provide appropriate advice and solutions (credit and wealth products).
