Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments to residents as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and compassion in every interaction. Record all medication administration and treatments using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system with attention to detail and compliance. Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting following individual support plans. Reorder medications, treatments, and nursing supplies as needed to ensure consistent care delivery. Report any incidents or changes in a resident's condition promptly to the PC Administrator or their designee. Uphold strict confidentiality standards in line with HIPAA and all applicable privacy laws. Respond calmly and appropriately to emergencies or disaster situations. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Pennsylvania Medication Technician certification
- Willingness to obtain Pennsylvania Medication Technician certification upon hire
Desired Qualifications
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications
- Willingness to obtain First Aid and CPR certifications upon hire
- At least one year of hands-on experience as a Personal Care Aide (PCA)
- At least one year of hands-on experience as a Medication Technician
