Job Summary

Verify medication accuracy against physician orders and the Medications Administration Record, administering drugs while strictly adhering to the rights of medication administration process. Monitor assigned narcotics by counting inventory before and after cart control, and document all procedures, errors, and reorders immediately. Clean medication carts and rooms by emptying trash, wiping surfaces, and replenishing supplies by shift end. Participate in assigned meetings and trainings while maintaining ethical behavior aligned with program values. This part-time variable schedule supports residents of Hilltop's Life Adjustment Program in Western Colorado.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • six months of related work experience
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Colorado Identification Card
  • Qualified Medication Administration Personnel (QMAP) Certification

Desired Qualifications

  • CPR Certificate/First Aid Certificate
  • De-Escalation Training
