Part Time Medical Scribe

Part Time Medical Scribe captures accurate and detailed documentation of patient visits into the EMR, assists physicians with basic patient care and medical procedures, and supports site operations, including directing patient flow, labs, and DOH compliance. Responsibilities include phlebotomy and lab-related tasks, EKGs, assisting with diagnostic tests (CT, MRI, ultrasounds), ensuring a clean, efficient examination environment, and providing compassionate service to patients. Qualifications include a High School Degree or GED; completion of an accredited Medical Assisting program and/or phlebotomy certifications is a plus; BLS certification required at time of hire; strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; ability to work 8–12 hour shifts in a fast-paced urgent care setting; English proficiency; and team-player attitude.
