Job Summary
Theoria Medical is seeking a Part Time Medical Director and Attending Physician to serve local skilled nursing facilities. Responsibilities include providing patient-centered primary care, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, collaborating with NPs/PAs for patient management, and participating in quality initiatives such as Chronic Care Management. Candidates must possess an active U.S. medical license and be board-certified or board-eligible in relevant specialties.
Required Qualifications

- Board-certified or board-eligible in an appropriate specialty
Desired Qualifications
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Practice, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Geriatric Medicine
