Job Summary
Serve as the attending physician in skilled nursing facilities, providing high-quality, patient-centered primary care including diagnosing and treating conditions. Collaborate with NPs/PAs for daily patient care management and clinical supervision. Participate in chronic care management and other quality initiatives. Qualified applicants must have an active U.S. medical license and be board-certified or board-eligible in specialties such as Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, with new graduates actively pursuing licensing encouraged to apply.
