Job Summary
Provide excellent direct patient care alongside providers while supporting the Patient Centered Medical Home model of care. Maintain accurate and complete documentation within the patient's medical record. Work daytime shifts from 8am-5pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Requires completion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program or LPN licensure, with current certification by an accredited organization. Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program or LPN from accredited College of Nursing
- Currently certified by American Medical Technologists, American Association of Medical Assistants, American Registry of Medical Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurse or other accredited certifying organization
- Immunizations for all staff to include an annual influenza vaccine as a requisite for employment
- Entry level; previous medical assistant or LPN experience preferred
- Previous experience in a primary care clinic / outpatient setting preferred
