PART TIME MEAT CUTTER

Greet customers and employees professionally while maintaining a clean, organized work environment. Cut, process, and stock meat items using all department equipment according to store policy. Monitor product temperatures in coolers and freezers to ensure safety and freshness. Keep sales areas, backrooms, and utensils sanitized. Maintain proper product rotation and report any safety risks, theft, or fraud. Assist the department manager in meeting gross profit, shrink, and sales goals while upholding Renfroe's mission statement. Requires standing for up to four hours with minimal breaks and lifting 50 lbs. or more.
