Job Summary
Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and adolescent patients, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions with a focus on preventive care. Supervise and collaborate with nurse practitioners and physician assistants to ensure coordinated care, offering clinical guidance and oversight for mid-level providers. Coordinate patient care with specialists, behavioral health providers, and in-house diagnostics while documenting encounters efficiently using the EHR system. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical workflow optimization to enhance practice efficiency. Board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians with an active PA license are required. Flexible scheduling options are available.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
- board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active and unrestricted medical license in PA
- willingness to obtain one
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supervising or collaborating with mid-level providers (NPs/PAs)
