Job Summary
Provide personalized 1:1 math instruction to K–8 students at Think Zone Learning Center (Fremont, CA). Assess student understanding, adapt teaching to different learning styles, and use Think Zone curriculum to deliver engaging lessons. Build student confidence, track progress, and communicate with parents about progress. Maintain a supportive learning environment, and help students develop foundational math skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Requires strong math proficiency and the ability to explain concepts clearly; high school diploma or equivalent is acceptable, with higher education or a background in education considered a plus. Schedule is 2–4 hours per day, three times per week, with weekend availability preferred. Pay range is $18.50–$20.00/hour.
