Job Summary
Own the prospecting box program from start to finish, including assembling boxes, shipping, maintaining inventory, and reporting results in HubSpot. Manage the loyalty gift program by ordering gifts, coordinating shipments, and tracking recipients. Monitor and respond to direct messages and comments across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn while maintaining an accurate engagement tracking spreadsheet. Assist with reporting on social engagement, prospecting box ROI, and lead attribution. Maintain an accurate inventory of all marketing merchandise and promotional items through regular audits. This part-time role offers hands-on experience in social media engagement, marketing operations, and campaign execution within HouseMax Funding's real estate investment community.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Willingness to learn marketing software such as HubSpot
- Ability to function outdoors with exposure to seasonal weather conditions for short periods of time
- Travel up to 5% of the time
