Job Summary
Part-time Marketing Assistant to manage social media for 12 brands, create copy, maintain content calendars, optimize Google Business Profiles, and support marketing campaigns and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include social media management across multiple brands, copywriting and content creation, daily/weekly post scheduling, engaging with comments and reviews, maintaining local business information, monitoring local search performance, coordinating campaigns, assisting with seasonal promotions and events, and providing cross-functional administrative support to ensure timely delivery across portfolio brands.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of marketing, communications, social media, or related experience.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
- Interest in local SEO and Google Business Profiles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
