Job Summary
As a part-time Manager - Crew Lead, you will be responsible for generating sales to support the store's financial goals by creating memorable customer experiences. You will host interactions that communicate vineyard vines core values and exemplify attributes such as Passion, Service, and Teamwork. Key responsibilities include executing the 'door to floor' concept, providing ongoing training and development to team members, and managing store operations including opening and closing. You should have a minimum of one year’s retail leadership experience and a demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year’s work experience in retail leadership, or equivalent role
- Ability to stand and/or move around for extended periods of time
- Ability to reach, carry, bend, and climb ladders occasionally
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, unless an accommodation is requested
- Weekend availability required
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
