Job Summary
As a Part Time Manager - Crew Lead, you will generate sales to support the store in meeting and exceeding financial goals through superior customer service and team development. Responsibilities include mentoring team members to execute core brand values, managing inventory from receipt to display, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Candidates should have at least one year of retail leadership experience, a Bachelor's degree is preferred, and a strong ability to drive sales and develop talent. This role requires weekend availability and involves 20-30 hours of work per week.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year’s work experience in retail leadership, or equivalent role
