Job Summary
Maintenance Worker responsible for maintenance and repair services for multiple residential homes, ensuring licensing and code standards and safety standards are met. Duties include inspecting homes for needed repairs, ongoing maintenance of heating and AC systems, servicing program vehicles, and assisting with capital improvements to program properties as directed by the program Director. Requires basic skills in plumbing, electrical, construction, and engine repair/maintenance; valid driver's license and background check; ability to read, write, solve problems, and follow directions while delivering positive customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Basic skills in plumbing, electrical, construction and engine repair/maintenance
- A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and a Motor Vehicle Check
- Successfully meet the requirements of a background check
- Ability to read, write and solve problems
- Ability to accept/follow through with direction and suggest and implement strategies to enhance service
