Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at Riverwood Apartments in Priest River, Idaho (Part-Time, 25 hours/week) with on-the-job training. Responsibilities include general repairs across the complex and individual units (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, painting), preventive maintenance, completing apartment turns, groundskeeping, keeping areas clean/organized, maintaining supplies/tools, and seasonal tasks (mowing, snow/ice removal). Candidates should be motivated, able to work independently or with a team, and possess a valid driver’s license and active auto insurance; after-hours emergency maintenance availability; and must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Training is provided to develop skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and related maintenance tasks.
