Job Summary
Part-Time Maintenance Technician at PeakMade Real Estate responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to sustain and enhance the apartment community. Responsibilities include completing service requests and repairs, assisting with inventory and preventative maintenance, maintaining safety and cleanliness, communicating with residents and staff, supporting move-in/move-out processes, scheduling and performing maintenance/turn events, performing pool maintenance and chemical logs, contributing to budget adherence, and participating in on-call rotations. Must troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances and related systems, maintain records, and ensure curb appeal and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment industry
- EPA certification Type I and II preferred
- Must live within 30 miles of the assigned property
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances and all other systems at community
- Other licenses and certifications as required by local, state or federal law
Desired Qualifications
