Job Summary
On-site Maintenance Technician role in Gainesville, FL responsible for supporting the maintenance team to ensure property facilities meet established standards. Tasks include troubleshooting and repairing HVAC (if certified), electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structure, and appliances; diagnose issues and implement customer-service oriented solutions. The position requires flexibility for nights/weekends and emergency-on-call rotation, ability to work with basic tools, and a valid in-state driver’s license. EPA certification is a plus; 1 year of maintenance experience is preferred; apartment-housing experience strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
