Part-Time Maintenance Technician

Part-time Maintenance Technician responsible for preserving the condition and functionality of affordable housing properties. Tasks include surveying buildings and repairing mechanical systems to meet health and safety standards, performing maintenance and installation of systems (lighting, electrical, heating and plumbing), assisting with system setup and repairs, inspecting alarm systems, handling manual repairs (locks, windows), and a variety of maintenance duties (HVAC troubleshooting, janitorial, inspections, landscaping, snow removal). Requires ability to navigate smartphone/computer-based work orders, basic tech skills, high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), and capability to lift up to 90 lbs; benefits include Time Off Donation Program, AT&T plan discounts, and Employee Referral Bonus.
