Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for surveying buildings and repairing mechanical systems to health and safety standards; perform maintenance and installation of systems (lighting, heating, plumbing, circuit breakers, etc.), assist in setup of systems, inspect alarm systems, schedule repairs, and conduct repairs when needed. Willing to perform a variety of maintenance tasks including painting, HVAC troubleshooting, janitorial, inspections, landscaping, and snow removal. Requires ability to navigate a smartphone and electronic work orders; lift up to 90 lbs and stand up to 8 hours. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; HVAC/building maintenance certification or CMPR is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus
- Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) is desired
