Part-Time Maintenance Technician at The Hallmark Company performing repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance of apartment systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing; on-site responsibilities include emergency maintenance, inspections, training Groundskeepers, and maintaining facility operations and pool equipment; requires own tools and strong English communication, with possible preferred HVAC/EPA certification and Certified Pool Operator (CPO).
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years maintenance experience required or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- A valid drivers license required
- Fair Housing Certificate required
