Job Summary
Perform repairs including plumbing, electrical work, and general carpentry for household, building, and property grounds. Provide after-hours emergency service as an on-call technician supporting the Service Manager while following company standards. Troubleshoot HVAC systems and process paperwork while communicating with customers. Weekend and on-call rotation availability is required, along with the ability to lift items up to 50 lbs and navigate elevation changes. EPA certification Type II or Universal is required, with considerable HVAC troubleshooting experience and CPO certification as a plus. Required Qualifications
- Weekend and on-call rotation availability
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Must be able to move, carry, reposition, or lift items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to climb stairs, ladders, scaffolds, and ability to navigate elevation changes while maintaining balance
- Ability to work standard community hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work as an on-call technician and provide after-hours emergency service
- EPA certification Type II or Universal
- Considerable experience troubleshooting HVAC
- Valid Driver's License
