Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for upkeep and maintenance of the Sales Center and Welcome Center at a timeshare resort. Performs preventative maintenance on HVAC components, safety systems and appliances (A/C filters, fire extinguishers, etc.), and handles general upkeep including painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall, and landscaping cleanup. Responds to maintenance calls, notifies management of issues, and assists guests as needed. Requires reading construction work orders, basic tool use, and a High School diploma. Part-time role with potential for career growth within Capital Vacations, an equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
- good driving record
- knowledge of the Timeshare industry
- experience in general resort maintenance such as landscaping, construction, and upkeep
- ability to read construction work orders and use basic tools
