Part-time Maintenance Technician - Bass Lofts

Part-time Maintenance Technician at Bass Lofts responsible for maintaining interior/exterior building spaces, grounds, amenities, and common areas. Tasks include completing resident work orders within 24-48 hours, finishing make-ready tasks for vacant apartments, inspecting and coordinating maintenance with vendors, maintaining documentation, and ensuring safety and quality standards per OSHA and company policies. Must assist with routine property inspections, respond to resident questions, and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requires hands-on use of hand/power tools, basic math, and ability to operate in all weather conditions; EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are required. Education/experience note: High school diploma or GED preferred; property-management systems experience preferred.
