Job Summary
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care and seasonal landscaping. Complete and document guest and associate work orders while troubleshooting minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems. Maintain pool systems, repair furniture and fixtures, and operate hand tools and power equipment. This part-time weekend role requires a minimum of six months of general maintenance experience, the ability to lift 25 lbs regularly, and certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing is a plus. Required Qualifications
