Part Time LPN/RN

Provide professional nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, communicating status changes to the Medicaid Manager per agency guidelines. Manage and supervise a team of Home Maker Aides, CNAs, and In-Home Aides to deliver effective home care services. Participate in human resources management to ensure quality service delivery and positive employee relations. Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients and coworkers by adhering to infection control practices and regulatory requirements. Recognize and respond appropriately to potentially unsafe situations, taking initiative to prevent accidents. Provide on-call backup as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
