Part Time LPN

Coordinate and provide nursing care for residents while supervising and directing clinical staff members. Document resident conditions and nursing needs, accurately implement physician orders, and administer medications according to state and federal regulations. Assign nursing care to team members, supervise junior staff and CNAs, and ensure supplies are utilized economically and equipment is maintained safely. Participate in orientation and in-service training, coordinate care for therapy or procedures, and interview applicants for hiring recommendations. Report pertinent observations regarding residents and recommend disciplinary action where permitted by the state practice act.
