Part Time LPN

Coordinate nursing care for residents and supervise clinical staff members. Document resident conditions, implement physician orders, and administer medications while ensuring supplies and equipment are maintained safely. Assign nursing tasks to team members, participate in orientation and training, and report pertinent observations regarding residents. Supervise the nursing unit, including scheduling and directing junior staff within state practice act limits. Interview applicants, recommend hires, and manage counseling or disciplinary actions as permitted.
