Job Summary
Collaborate with the team to deliver quality nursing care in a safe, at-home environment. Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while providing exceptional service to residents, families, and medical partners. Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation for all resident interactions. This part-time role requires a valid, un-encumbered state nursing license and one year of LPN experience, with assisted living or memory care experience as a bonus. Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check. Required Qualifications
