Job Summary
Part-time LPN needed for 2nd shift (3:00 PM–9:00 PM) at The Atrium at Rocky Hill Memory Care Community. Provides nursing care to residents in a warm, home-like environment; collaborates with a team to assess, document, and communicate residents’ status; directs daily tasks of Resident Care Assistants and mentors Lead RCAs; coordinates care with community providers and supports resident independence; responds to emergencies and adheres to state regulations. Requires an active LPN license in the state and CPR certification. Prior experience with elderly populations is highly desirable; schedule includes every-other weekend with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Current state LPN license
- CPR certification
- Graduate of an approved LPN program
- Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience (preferred)
