Job Summary
Develop and deliver engaging music lessons aligned to NC course standards while planning and organizing student in-class performances. Create syllabi and lesson plans, then collaborate with teachers to integrate music education into broader academic instruction. Monitor student progress through frequent evaluations and communicate weekly with families to provide accurate academic feedback. Maintain cooperative working relationships with staff and families while modeling the International Baccalaureate learner profile. Requires a Bachelor's degree, one year of teaching experience, and strong communication skills.
