Job Summary
Part-Time Loss Prevention Associate II needed to support store operations in Orlando. Responsibilities include acting as a visual deterrent to prevent loss, wearing a Body Worn Camera, maintaining a front-of-store presence, assisting customers, observing and reporting suspicious activity, and performing safety and compliance duties. Requires strong verbal and written communication, sound judgment, initiative, and the ability to stand for long periods. Eligible benefits include discount programs and comprehensive coverage; starting pay ranges from $14.00 to $18.60 per hour depending on skills and experience.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years retail or security experience
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Sound decision making skills
- Ability to take initiative and perform well independently
- Prioritizes/organizes workload and manages time effectively
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Greet customers appropriately and provide assistance as needed
- Knowledge of store policies and procedures
- Ability to observe and report incidents
- Work at front of store or in a department
- Complete uniform requirements including Body Worn Camera
