Part-Time Loss Prevention Associate 2nd Shift

Loss Prevention Associate at Kohl's Distribution Center, 2nd shift (Part-Time). You will monitor physical security, report policy and procedure violations, participate in internal theft investigations, audit compliance, and perform data entry and Gatehouse operations. Responsibilities include monitoring safety policies, reporting incidents of associate theft or safety violations, supporting the Distribution Center Safety Committee, conducting Loss Prevention audits to measure accuracy, tracking audit results, and assisting in store inquiries. Must be available to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. Requires basic math/reading, reliable attendance, ability to use a PC and common software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, PeopleSoft), and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
